We use PostHog to collect anonymised usage analytics to improve the App. This includes:

We explicitly do not collect, store, or have access to:

• Your alarm content, labels, or descriptions
• Your scheduling patterns or reminder times
• Any personal health information or medication details
• Your contacts, photos, or other personal data
• Your precise location or GPS coordinates
• Any identifiable personal information

How Your Data is Stored

All your alarm data, topics, and personal information remain stored locally on your device. We do not synchronise, backup, or store your personal alarm data on our servers or any third-party services.

Your privacy is protected by design - we cannot access your alarm content even if we wanted to.

How We Use Analytics Data

The anonymous analytics data we collect through PostHog is used solely to:

• Improve app performance and user experience
• Identify and fix bugs or crashes
• Understand which features are most valuable to users
• Make informed decisions about future app development

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties except:

Since we only collect anonymous analytics data and store no personal information on our servers, most data requests will result in no identifiable information being found.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect the limited data we do collect. All analytics data is transmitted securely and stored with industry-standard encryption. Your local alarm data is protected by your device's built-in security features.

Children's Privacy

ZeroMiss is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
